Justice Department Begins Investigating Apple Over iPhone Battery/Slowdown Controversy

The U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission are investigating Apple over its practice of throttling down older iPhone models without the knowledge of users. The investigation is in early stages.
