Tesla sued over fatal Texas crash linked to Autopilot

Tesla has been sued by the family of a 76-year-old Texas woman who died after a Model 3 crashed into her home while allegedly operating with the company’s Autopilot system engaged. The lawsuit claims Tesla’s Autopilot and Full Self-Driving technologies are defective and failed to adequately warn users of potential risks.
