ACCC warns telcos against ‘unlimited’ ads

The ACCC has revealed that it investigated Telstra, Vodafone, and Optus earlier this year for their use of the word ‘unlimited’ in mobile advertising, and has threatened legal action backed by AU$10 million penalties.
