Delhi govt to permanently enforce ‘no fuel without valid PUC’ rule at petrol pumps

According to the directive, fuel will be supplied strictly to vehicles with valid PUC certificates. Accountability has been clearly fixed across all agencies to ensure zero tolerance in implementation. All petrol pumps and gas outlets have been directed to comply with the order in letter and spirit.
