Govt amends motor vehicle rules to permit pure ethanol flex-fuel vehicles
The Road Transport Ministry has amended the Central Motor Vehicles Rules to allow flex-fuel vehicles designed and certified for ethanol blends of up to E100, while clarifying that conventional vehicles cannot use higher ethanol blends.
