Odisha govt restricts independent official vehicles for senior officers

Odisha government has restricted official vehicle usage due to fuel concerns from the West Asia crisis. Only special secretaries will get independent vehicles. Additional secretaries promoted after June 1 will use pool vehicles, needing three years in rank for their own.
